National Youth Day 2023, 12th January 2023



National Youth Day is celebrated in India every year on January 12th to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, one of the most influential spiritual leaders of India. 

Swami Vivekananda was a philosopher, monk, and chief disciple of the 19th-century Indian mystic Ramakrishna. 

He is considered to be one of the key figures in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world.

The day is celebrated by the youth, educational institutions, and other organizations across the country. On this day, various programs and activities are organized to promote the ideas and teachings of Swami Vivekananda.
