Niti Grover, Founder of Cookitupwithnitz, A Delhi girl, who is a big foodie is the new trendsetter in the food blogging Industry. who loves cooking, eating, and traveling.

For the past 10 years, the food blogging industry is growing rapidly.

Niti Grover started her food blogging journey in 2019 by posting cake recipes on her Instagram page, due to having fewer followers at that time even her best cake recipes did not come into the public eye.
Talking to RWmedia, Niti said, "Initially I was very new and everything was very different and new to me, I explored everything on my own, watched and learn cooking tutorials from youtube, exploring food photography tactics, how can I grow in this industry on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube".
How Life Has Changed After Starting Food Blogging?
She said, "work-life balance is very important in someone's life, same as mine."
"Initially I have to manage food blogging with my work, food blogging is not as easy as it looks, in starting I had to 2-3 videos per day, and it is not that easy, Thinking of 2-3 different and unique recipes then making them, shooting videos, and editing them is definitely not an easy task"
She adds “Yes, the work-life balance has been affected, but my passion for food is far greater, and this drives me to excel in this field.”
Not only on Instagram but also she has her reach on platforms like Youtube, and Facebook.
Started as a baker, and she started making other food dishes during the pandemic, she also focused more on making delicious mouth-watering food items, throughout the pandemic, we all have seen how food items have changed their way in Indian kitchens and everyone is experimenting with them.
She has made some different food items that have gone viral, people like her strange experiments with food items very much, Also sometimes she gets backlash from people because of them.

How much change is going to happen in the food blogging industry after 5 years? and what are your future plans?
We also asked her about the future of the food blogging industry and how do you plan to grow her career in 5 years.
"Blogging is a Leading and fast-growing industry, after 5 years the competition in this field is going to increase and people have to make their content even better if they want to survive here." She said.
"I have a lot of future plans for this, Right now I am planning to build a kitchen exclusively for recording my food videos, and with the help of which I want to increase my reach on YouTube and Facebook as well."
